stick with what works, i guess.
hint: the nintendo revolution controller is an NES controller on its side
Hey, fancy that.
I hear it has a rumble feature. Is that a good idea for a motion sensitive controler?
It might be fun!
Consider the possibilities.
are you searious
you cant be searious
I would only be searious if I shopped at Sears
oh man zing oh man
hey you wanker
this is actualy an awesome controller, you made it look like nintendo run by some sort of idiots that dont know anything about making games and marketing games and what type of games gamers want to buy or something
I know, I like the remote too.
I’m just surprised that they’re creating such a buzz just because they rotated a controller 90 degrees.
I meant controller. Same thing.
Dude, If I rotated you 90 degrees and put it on the internet and tried to sell it to a lot of small japanese people, there would be a lot of buzz too!
Oh yeah, I typed that, and I hate live journal.
hilarious, dude. and it’s also hilarious that the damn thing looks like a remote. bloody hell. ^_^
It is a remote.
Now we have a controller that one may play dominos with. MOTION-SENSING DOMINOS
Last I checked my NES controller doesn’t control the game when I wave it around. I’ve got my powerglove for that, thanks.
You’re so bad.
that looks like the lamest fucking controller ever. I dont even get how you hold it. Nintendo sucks.
This was a smart well thought-out comment
Thanks.
I like to think things out ahead of time and compose my thoughts into a mature, reasonable argument.
Glad you appreciated my effort.
It looks pretty dumb as is, but evidently you can attatch stuff to it.
thus making it look even more retarded.
…I can’t wait to try it out.
I wonder if they’ll make an attachment that works sorta like the Transvibrator from Rez.
Then you’d have a Motion-Sensor Sex Toy!
It’s already got a rumble feature.
Then I guess a whole lot of women will be buying extra controllers.
I don’t know. Doesn’t seem too dumb to me. Sure, the analog controller and the rest of the buttons are separate, but you still hold it basically like you would any other controller.
Sony’s conrtoller is still the best one ever made.
No giant qualms about the Revolution controller this early in the game, but I completely agree. I use it for all my PC gaming as well.
I wonder what the XBOX 360 controller looks like.
I still haven’t seen it.
Also, what happened to Sony’s funky boomerang controller?
Did they finally figure out that it looked really, really dumb?
The PS3 boomerang controller addresses the only problem with PS2: small grips. It’s basically the DualShock 2 with better grips.
the idea behind the controller is that most movements can be controlled by motion sensors, and hand gestures. this provides analog features for many functions that can’t even be done on normal controllers.
imagine actually swinging the sword in a Zelda game.
and actually punching, blocking, and dodging in a fighting game.
the shown extention is for directional movement in things like adventures and FPSs.
ok i think we got it
