In all seriousness I think it’s a spam trying to make stupid Americans laugh at a fake Mexican email and visit the pharmacy out of pity or something like that. Or for the REALLY dumb Americans, make them actually think that this is a real Mexican “manual virus” and that now they HAVE to delete all the stuff on their hard drives and send it to their friends…
