Vandalism

Some misguided anarchist group fucked up Porter.
thewrongsongs and onegaygirl say it all. This should not be representative of what anarchy is, and this should not be a solution to all the other problems (monetary, mostly) that this campus has. It’s pretty despicable, but I intend to not do a lot about it. It’s only “feeding the trolls,” as it were.

          1. JeffreyAtW: mingster owned you
Alby_Fox: “why” is not and never has been an own
Alby_Fox: “because your mom, fag”, however, is
JeffreyAtW: he owned you because you don’t know what you’re talking about
            *me ranting and raving*
JeffreyAtW: well why is what I said ironic
Alby_Fox: I’ve done more couch drifting than you’ve bought starbucks on the way back from college democrat meetings
Alby_Fox: because regardless of the precepts or disposition of some group of people you’ve chosen to be called “anarchy”, the definition of the word kinda makes it ironic to say that the free actions of individuals working against a controlling force aren’t to represent anarchy
Alby_Fox: that’s why I said what you said was hilarious and hilariously ironic

          2. ok. now obviously that’s true in the sense of ra-ra let’s smash everything up kind of anarchy, but that’s just retarded student anarchy and not at all representative of the anarchy movement. i getcha though.

          3. Again with the needless associations of a broad term. If I said socialist would you instantly think you know who I was talking about. While retarded student anarchy may involve that its not what I was talking about. If you so desperately want a neet little package for why it struck me as funny my subconsious associations with anarchy mostly spring from The Leviathin and conversations with an ex marine skinhead friend.

  1. Did you see the anarchist graffiti on the walls of the porter dinning hall restroom stalls? There’s an icon that keeps appearing there which looks kind of like that radiohead bear symbol. Cheesy allusions to some kind of stupid misguided egocentric anarchist bullcrap stunt keep poping up too, usually next to the radiohead-esque bear icons. I think they give a date, which I’ll bet probably corresponds with the day the vandalism happened.

  2. i may not go to porter but, this screams viral marketing.
i’m all but surprised the anachrists (or publicity firm college interns) didn’t spray paint V FOR VENDETTA COMING TO THEATERS THIS FRIDAY! (march 17)
or some douschebags are celebrating V for Vendettas release by committing such acts of heroism against the man! or more like a bunch douches who saw the matrix and thought that the struggle totally mirrored their own against the man.
