Okay, show of e-hands: who here wants to move to Japan?
Out of those: who EDIT: HASN’T been to Japan before?
And finally, out of those people who still have their e-hands raised: how many of you are willing to admit you’re FUCKING INSANE?
And “insane” in a bad way, not the “i have a website called ‘the insanity’ does that count xD <3" way.
edit: I love you guys.

  1. I might want to go to Japan to kick it with my friends there, but living there is a little expensive. Maybe when I can get a job lined up there in programming.

  2. I’d pass. Maybe a visit, but anything else would probably make me feel like those JETs who dream of things worse than pirate ships every night.

  3. I’ve often thought about how awesome it would be to go visit eastern part of asia and japan, but living there… I’d have to experience what it was like there first. I doubt it would make that much difference where I lived anyways, except that japan is supposedly uber expensive. I don’t think I would want to live there mostly for economical reasons… at least, not till I became some big shot billionaire… or ruled the world… whichever comes first

    1. But if you go to Japan, everyone’s voices are all dubbed over, courtesy of Manga Entertainment. Oh, and every other door you walk into is accidentally the entrance to a women-only hotsprings.

  4. I’ve been. I might live there for a short time, but I don’t really intend to end up there.
When I am rich and famous I will probably have a little apaatou in Tokyo and chill in cafes and with the trendy elite and waste away the hours…

  5. Along with USA, Japan is one of the only (two?) places I’d ever consider moving to.
And only because of what’s possible those places (mostly in terms of what’s possible to buy)

  6. Personally, I’d want to visit first, and if I was comfortable, and knew the language (obviously) and could find a way to make a living, I’d think about it, something new.
