Okay, show of e-hands: who here wants to move to Japan?
Out of those: who EDIT: HASN’T been to Japan before?
And finally, out of those people who still have their e-hands raised: how many of you are willing to admit you’re FUCKING INSANE?
And “insane” in a bad way, not the “i have a website called ‘the insanity’ does that count xD <3" way.
edit: I love you guys.
I don’t want to move to Japan. I’d rather move to Taiwan. That is, after university. AND BE AN ENGLISH TEACHER LOLZ
i’ve been to japan. i think i’m pretty cool with not ever going back.
ha ha ha!
I’ve spent about five weeks in Japan. I might go there after college to try and become a superstar.
And I’m not insane.
AAH I MEANT HASN’T
I might want to go to Japan to kick it with my friends there, but living there is a little expensive. Maybe when I can get a job lined up there in programming.
I’d pass. Maybe a visit, but anything else would probably make me feel like those JETs who dream of things worse than pirate ships every night.
I’ve often thought about how awesome it would be to go visit eastern part of asia and japan, but living there… I’d have to experience what it was like there first. I doubt it would make that much difference where I lived anyways, except that japan is supposedly uber expensive. I don’t think I would want to live there mostly for economical reasons… at least, not till I became some big shot billionaire… or ruled the world… whichever comes first

I’m kinda sorta dating this Japanese exchange student. That count?
Theres one Korean kid at my school that was adopted by white people and doesn’t know anything about Asia, does that count?
God I hate Wisconsin.
Well, if it’s any consolation, while I’m sure that Korean kid’ll be staying there for a while, Akemi has about four months left of raw, unadulterated American goodness.
OH MY GOD YOU’RE BOINKING A JAPANESE EXCHANGE STUDENT
NUH UH YOU CAN’T PROVE IT
I’d rather move to England since I wouldn’t have to learn another language to get by.
But if you go to Japan, everyone’s voices are all dubbed over, courtesy of Manga Entertainment. Oh, and every other door you walk into is accidentally the entrance to a women-only hotsprings.
I think I like Japan more now. I’ll just somehow make myself deaf.
But you can’t beat figureheads like the queen or the amount of intelligent people there are who still retain their sanity.
I’ve been to Japan and I think I might live there for a couple of years.
Haven’t been, would go, don’t have a clue if I’d live there. Maybe if everyone else did too.
I’ve been. I might live there for a short time, but I don’t really intend to end up there.
When I am rich and famous I will probably have a little apaatou in Tokyo and chill in cafes and with the trendy elite and waste away the hours…
Along with USA, Japan is one of the only (two?) places I’d ever consider moving to.
And only because of what’s possible those places (mostly in terms of what’s possible to buy)
And I’ve never been to either place.
It was made by the Japanese!!
Personally, I’d want to visit first, and if I was comfortable, and knew the language (obviously) and could find a way to make a living, I’d think about it, something new.
