Best day of the summer…

…hands down. (that was a continuation from the subject of my blog, fyi ok cool ^^)
Way too disjointed to write something very composed. You can tell because the previous sentence lacked a subject and action.

  • Woke up nice and early, enough time to:
  • Get all tidy’d up (but keep the stubble)
  • Print out an 18th birthday card for Paolo (a template from Microsoft Publisher… with clowns!!!).
  • Left home, headed for Trader Joe’s, found out my last bit of pay would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Got my signature sandwich (the Fat Jeffrey) & cash back at United.
  • Stopped by at Pleasures of the Heart to buy Paolo penis-shaped macaroni and cheese.
  • Giftwrapped it in Hanukkah paper.
  • Headed to Oakland.
  • Met Paolo and Andy on Broadway.
  • Headed into the Arts and Culture fest, headed toward the Live 105 stage.
  • Met up with two friends of Paolo, with similar shirts and similar names. Uh, heh. Bad memory.
  • Ate my sandwich to the live beat of My Chemical Romance.
  • Envied Paolo’s destruction-dancing skills.
  • Headed to “world dance” stage, saw some hiphopping hopper hop and drumming drumahol drummer drum local kids do their thing.
  • Headed back to Live 105 stage to see the Presidents of the United States of America.
  • Rocked out.
  • While leaving, I shouted about how Infinity Broadcasting (which owns Live 105) sucks ass and is bad. Random people agreed.
  • Headed toward San Francisco while rocking out to Totally Radd!! and Goldchain.
  • Landed in Japan-town.
  • Had Thai tea-flavored tapioca drink.
  • Lounged around a bit in the various stores.
  • Met up with the extended LJ crew (Richie, Joe, Chris, etc. etc. etc. I’m horrible with names) at Doremi karaoke bar.
  • Rocked out to Canned Heat, Karma Police, a lot of Utada Hikaru, Barbie Girl, Du Hast, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, etc.
  • Organized people. Yeah, that’s worth a bullet of its own.
  • Parted ways with some.
  • Headed to RTA, got to play some Facing New York and Grub-n-Dubb for peeps. 😀
  • Parked in the Pier 39 parking lot.
  • Played one game of beatmania III before the arcade shut down.
  • Preached to the anime crowd my theories about the following:
    – how lolicon and shotacon are pretty much the same thing
    – how anime fans like Japanese stuff and furries like American stuff
    – how lesbians don’t like to have sex with men (true)
    – how all men are gay
    – how all anime fans are startled at the realization that everyone around them in high school is having sex except them
    – how I watch anime too yet I can say all this with a mildly straight face

  • Parted ways with some more.
  • Headed to IHOP, had an awesome burger sandwich.
  • Talked about college since I’m really learned about college, or something.
  • Parted ways with some more, omg!#
  • Got charged $18 for parking, wtf. 😐 People chipped in though. 🙂
  • Dropped Joe off downtown.
  • Dropped the two girls off in Oakland.
  • Dropped Paolo off at his house.
  • Talked with Chris about music and poetry and all that jazz.
  • Dropped Chris off at friend’s house.
  • Headed on home.
Most definitely best evar. What more could I have squeezed into this day, I mean for serious!
    Additionally, Paolo got some shotz.
