Clone Wars

I don’t often advertise things because I assume that people will find out about them eventually… and if they didn’t, it wouldn’t be such a big deal. But whether or not people have posted about this before, I highly suggest watching Cartoon Network’s Star Wars micro-series, Clone Wars.

It has an authentic feel of modern American animation, and has got rather awesome action sequences. And from the looks of things, it seems important to the plot. Think of it as Star Wars’ equivalent of the Animatrix, only very American instead of very Japanese.

  1. I liked the Animatrix – except for the one about those asshat samurai jumping on roofing tiles.
How many episodes are there? (I’m on dialup and don’t have the patience to wait for the flash to load.)

    1. As of right now, there are 14 available episodes, and you can get them in streaming QuickTime or RealMedia.
I liked the samurai one… I didn’t like the final drugged-out robots one though.

  2. I’d like them better if they spent less time on mindless fighting scenes and more time exploring the world. You know, stuff Lucas fails to do. I’ve seen mindless hero-kicking-butt before. Since I largely doubt their content won’t have any effect on the movies themself, most of them are a useless side-story, so why not give them signifigce in the subject, rather than content, does that make sense?
Better than the Holiday special, anyway.

  3. AMERIKKKA LOL
Why would I want to watch amerikkkan television, it is all VERY VERY BAKA BAKA
THE CHARACENERTERS ARE VERY SHALLOW, UNLIKE THOSE FOUND ON WONDER FULL ANIME TELEVISIONS LIKE INUYASHA AND DARGON BALL Z
THOSE ARE CHARASTCTERS WITH FELINGS AND DEPTH, NOTHING IS BETTER THAN AMINATION FROM NIPPON YOU STUPID BAKA AMERICANES
