Fook! I took a look at the rook book that cooks the kook gook nook, Brooke.
My musical talent is getting its proper amount of fame. I’ve already been congratulated by Mark Jansen VGMusic for my completion of Suteki Da Ne. Also (gather ’round, it’s story time), yesterday I answered an ad on Craig’s List for an organist opening at a church in San Francisco. When the priest called me back for the job, he was amazed at my great piano playing skill (12 years’ of practice worth) and said he wished there were more kids like me out there (mostly because of my knowledge of ancient Hebrew scriptures, though).
In other ego – er, news, Hewlett-Packard bought Compaq. Wow.
But enough about HP, let’s talk about me. Soon, I’ll be auditioning for the fall play, “I Forgot Its Name” by Someoneorother. The catch, though, is that there are 2 MALE PARTS in the play. Out of the wide range of “accomplished” actors in TL, I seriously doubt I’ll get picked for such a role. My chances will be doubled, though, if I dress in drag (yes, doubled, there are 4 female parts, and I do a pretty nice female if you ask me). But why not try? Hell, everyone else might have been scared away by the small cast problem.
My two future MIDIs I will make are “Battle Mode” from Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine, and “The REAL Normal Battle, we SWEAR” from FFX. Unfortunately, I searched all last afternoon+evening+night for both MP3’s, to no avail. I did finally find a ROM of DRMBM and rip a GYM file (which can actually be converted to MID, but it’s highly inaccurate unless you’re listening to, ugh, Phantasy Star).
Back to my 100,000,000,000,000,000 pages of homework to do! 😀
