Oh, dang.
Well the travel site that’s supposed to extend my Israel trip says that they have no flights back until August 9.
I mean… well… it is 11 days past the time that I would have LIKED to go back — no but seriously I don’t think I want to spend THAT amount of time in Israel, especially when Shiranne’s only going to have like a maximum of four days after July 18, when the birthright thing ends, to hang out. That’d leave me sort of homeless, with luggage, in Israel, with nothing to do.
Agh. It’s not a done deal. El Al might be able to extend the trip to July 29th (my preference) for even more money than $200 (which I would be willing to pay)… but this sucks intensely. Israel’s not really looking too good. :\
