This is the third time someone has called me in the same class at the same time of day – at least this time it was a different person. But yeah, stop that.
I don’t really want to silence my phone every single time I’m in this class.

…just wondering, but why don’t you want to silence your phone??
I usually don’t get enough phone calls to warrant a silenced phone. It’s something I’m not used to doing and something I will definitely not remember to do.
It’s really the effort put into remembering to do something like that every single time I’m in class, and then to remember to undo it every time it’s over.
Well, it’s much harder to control other people (i.e. make everyone for sure not call you) than it is to change your own habits, I think. It’s your decision, though. 🙂
everyone in the world silences his/her phone in class. just do it. vibrate at least.
I’d understand your case because you text people all the time and would get beeping and buzzing that much. I don’t.
Basically my post was complaining that I have pretty much never gotten called while in class, and now it’s happened three of the same classes in a row.
One time I got a phone call, too!
I enjoy sitting in the back and annoying everyone around me.
If I were the instructor…
…I would accept zero excuses for a phone ringing during class.
don’t i call you during class times sometimes?
(oops)
(i mean not oops, because i don’t care and it’s your issue :D)
