This is my favorite view of the bay.
You might be asking, wtf that’s totally ugly that’s all factories ‘n shit, but take this into consideration:
1) You’re drivin’ on the highway while you see this so everything’s moving
2) Later in the evening, during sunset or afterwards, lights are lit up all around
3) You see all of this at one single point:
So taking away the fact that yes, you can barely see over the shoulder and that you only really get a glimpse of everything for just a bit, it’s still a freaking awesome view. I tried taking a panoramic shot but this one image was the only one that came out reasonably well.

back in 2nd grade i commuted to the city with my mom from walnut creek. i remember passing that water treatment facility every day. that is a very cool view of the bay. especially at sunset

Nikon Coolpix 2200, 128MB SD card.
It’s really crappy (2.1 megapixel), and the memory’s left over from when I used it as an MP3 card for my pocket PC.
That photo of yourself would be totally awesome except for how only half of your neck is bared so that it looks like the head’s been moved over three inches.

I took a lot more after I straightened my collar but they didn’t look as good.
i kinda like that actually. because you can tell what’s going on if you look closely but when you first see it it’s kinda creepy. nice shading.
