Yeah I remembered –
I just saw this teen movie, Mean Girls. Totally cliché. Predictable. In fact, it was probably the most cliché things I’d ever seen. But a few cool things about it:
1) The main character (Lindsay Lohan)’s name was CADY HERON. Wow. Yeah. And they made jokes about how her name was spelled and pronounced and stuff.
2) The movie ended with Orbital – Halcyon & On & On. ;D
3) The dyke character and the fag character basically FELL IN LOVE at the end. Anyone remember my movie idea, titled “The Way Things Should Be,” about the gay couple moving in with the lesbian couple and eventually turning into two heterosexual couples? HAHA DAMN!
They don’t fall in love at the end! They kiss and go “…ew!”
…I loved that movie.
That’s why I italicized “basically” because no one really cares about those characters anyway!
I don’t know… Mean Girls manages to eschew the typical teen movie clichés enough to… end up pretty good in the end. Maybe I’m just giving it bonus points for containing a character who is excactly the same as a friend of mine from high school (for reference, it was the indian-math-fiend-who-wants-to-be-black).

2) Didn’t they use that song in Hackers?
They used another Orbital song in Hacker, I think. I never watched Hackers, though.
hah my hall has watched that movie together like 5 times at least. and we wear pink on wednesdays. just because it’s so stupid.
