ARG. The US is being “benevolent” by offering $35 million in pocket change for the tsunami victims. Colin Powell says we’re not stingy!
‘course how many hundreds of FUCKBILLIONS have we spent on aiding Iraqis by killing them and doing nothing to help ourselves?
The US donates the least in overseas aid out of the 20 richest nations in the world. Sure, we’re doing “something,” but that something is fucking MINISCULE. I have every right to keep on complaining.
4 more years!
the US is governed by idiots. We should have common men running for national offices, instead of these retards who don’t know jack shit.
I didn’t even hear about the head economist of the first 4 years – who was fired because he kept saying that all of Bush’s economic plans were completely nonsensical – until recently.
i just think the level of greed here is sickening. A little could be viewed as healthy for competitive growth, but this is way beyond anything that could be considered healthy
Whose more the idiot..The idiot or the idiots who voted for them?
when you have two idiots to pick from, it really doesn’t matter who you choose.
Andy and I were having the exact same conversation.
Didn’t we have a peace corp once?
Or did they get sent to Iraq when the reserves ran out?
Donald Rumsfeld killed them and ate them.
Close..
We donate the lease compared (percentage wise) to our gross domestic product. We actually donate more than any other country. You can read more at SFGate
Re: Close..
Egh, yeah. That’s what I read but I tried simplifying it, to no avail. I was too lazy to go back to the article and paraphrase it correctly. 😛
what we spend in iraq is nothing compared to the countless billions we spend in nuclear weapons research yearly. =P
