Track Update: The season's finally over! The Boys JV AND Varsity won four pennants collectively (they each won the season, and the championships), which is pretty cool. I ended up improving my 5:46 mile time from last year to a 5:11 this year...it'd be something amazing if I could break 5 next season. Running has become easier for me, and it'll be fun next year with Jeff on Cross Country. I finally get a break from sports...until I start swim team next week. Dammit!

I was up till 3:00 a couple nights ago finishing the generic 12 Page World War II Paper that I Hadn't Started Writing Till That Day...and it actually turned out pretty good. You haven't lived until you've stayed home from school and spent, literally, the entire day on a project. I wonder if the teachers have realized that barely anybody starts these things till the last minute.

My sister's passed me in Earthbound. What kind of an RPG-er have I turned into?

Wait, I know the answer to that. I'M NOT ONE! I don't care that I missed some of the Final Fantasies, or never got to play BoF4, or never finished Chrono Cross...that stage is over for me. I'm not a serious gamer anymore (save for Street Fightin, maybe, but that's never considered "serious"). I've de-volved into the gamer who'd rather have a Dreamcast so he can vent with Marvel vs. Capcom 2, or get an adrenaline rush from insane racing games, rather than see all the "deep" games on the PS2. Taking games seriously is something I've stopped doing ever since the Playstation exploded (strange coincidence, no?). It's partly responsible for killing the Swamp, but at least it's helped my grades.

Whoopdedoo, it looks like it's time for a haircut. That should help in the Bay to Breakers tomorrow (more on that later).

I was sick from school today, but last night and just a few hours ago, I did two shows of Romeo and Juliet. In the first, the one person who I thought would act his best forgot his line, and the second one was fine. I did great... much better than I thought I would.

That's really all that's been happening. Oh yeah...

I seem to have a really bad cold in the mornings, and it goes away by noon. It's pretty strange. I wonder if something is giving me allegries...

Not much time to post. I just must say that Mountain Dew: Code Red is about the coolest thing that ever happened to mankind, even though it doesn't taste that great. I don't have any World History today. Woo hoo. I can't BELIEVE I signed up for Honors Chemistry. Bleah. I didn't have any breakfast. Uh... "Fiber Grease" is a very bad type of hair gel.

THE END!

People who blog about how great their lives are and how they love everyone they know and how they love life makes me feel really great. That's one reason for all my optimism... despite being sarcastic and devilish from time to time, I think the good things I write about make people feel good. But if only I shed more light on LIFE and not just MY LIFE. I'm still proud of myself, though... if only I had a better view of human nature.

Romeo and Juliet has become my life for this week. Every waking moment, it's preparing for R+J. The performances are on Thursday, Friday, and Satuday, and I feel like I'm prepared for it. The stage looks great... but I'd rather not give details about it until the performance is over because of locals reading this.

... I feel great tonight. Anime Club's finally working out, I'm all set for Romeo and Juliet, I think I forgot to wash the conditioner out of my hair because it smells like roadkill, this laptop's still in my room, I'm making more friends, etc. Looks like I'm ending the year with a nice, smooth landing.

Swimming in PE is really fun, although my legs hurt because I'm training for next year, when I plan to be a Cross Country runner... and laps in PE are painful. Also, because I kept wisecracking about how a fellow classmate continued to say "fucking crap" in every sentence he made, I've got a sprained hip from him "jokingly" slamming a door on me. Eh.

Now Wanting to Listen to: Final Fantasy IX Plus Soundtrack. It's got all the orchestrated tunes from the game's FMV, as well as unreleased tracks, etc. I'm making a MIDI of the "Main Theme."

Well, I'd better stop talking before I lose this post or something else bad happens to it.

Blogger isn't working, so you won't have recieved this message by the time I am done writing it. Oh no, the world's ending.

Everyone in the Drama department is smart, but really, really mean. I do have a few friends working on Romeo and Juliet with me, but other kids think I'm insulting them when I'm joking with them. Maybe people are joking with me, but everyone keeps threatening to strangle me if I don't get my blocking down (and I'm not doing that bad). I doubt that's constructive criticism.

Anyway, dress rehearsal for R+J is tomorrow and Wednesday, and we've pretty much got everything down, despite the fact that we re-choreographed the entire opening fight scene TODAY. It'll all work out fine. People will be staring at the amazing scenery we built instead, anyway.

I ran hella miles today in PE, so I'm hella wiped. I hella chugged hella a whole hella 20 oz hella iced hella tea in less than 30 hella seconds afterhellawards.

In more drama news, I am to be playing Al Gore for a regular drama presentation, titled the Fourth Debate. I'll probably type the screenplay up here later for fun.

Time to finally get started with my work. Ugh, all of a sudden I'm tired. Bleahhhhhhhh.

I persuaded my dad to buy da BOUNCAAAAAA yesterday, thus making it my first PS2 game, thusly. I rented it before for a friend's PS2 and she didn't even have a memory card (therefore I couldn't go that far), but now that I do, I must say: AGH CAMERA ANGLE IS KILLING ME. It's a great game, but the camera angles get annoying.

Well, it's Mother's Day today, and guess what I'm doing? Taking my mom to a Holocaust Exhibit for extra credit in school.

...

I slaved away so much at thinking what I was going to put on the card that I ended up printing one of those pre-made ones that come with Microsoft Publisher. But I did add "Love, Jeffrey" to the end, so now it's original! Well, also using my new printer skillz, I printed out a very high quality picture of my sis and me sitting outside my dad's house. Now that I think about it, why would my mom want to look at a picture of my dad's house? Ah well, here's a low quality version for you all to drool over. I'm the one on the left.

Well, it's about time to pack up and head on over to San Francisco so my mom can cry her face out... on Mother's Day. Ah well, she knows I have good intentions.
