I'm not seeing this doing anything to your oral hygene, unless you're supposed to rub the bottom of your sink with the bristles of your toothbrush before you use it, or something. And it's not like the cat's going to want to have anything to do with a sink with the faucet on-- unless it's my cat, which has figured out how to work the fresh water spigots to get a drink.
